We want happy customers. So if you’re not happy with your order, you can exchange it or return it for a  refund (minus the original shipping costs). You must make sure that any item coming back is in the original condition. The part must be in its original re-sellable condition and package, and returned within 30 days of your order. We ship all products insured, all buyers will received tracking number for the shipment. Additional shipping charge will be added to Alaska , Hawaii and international.
